ABOUT

Aftercare Decoded constructs a comprehensive plan that will make the integration process smooth and simple. If our clients have a hard time following their plan, we will assist further by referring doctors, psychologists, therapists, and outpatient groups with the right guidance and understanding of accountability. Allowing our clients to stay on track to achieving long-term sobriety.

This is how Aftercare Decoded works;

Step 1: The first step is meeting with loved ones or family who will be receiving the client home from treatment. We will also meet with the client privately to discuss their concerns about returning home and ideally what they would like to see as safety nets and support.

Step 2: Aftercare Decoded provides counseling on the receiving end of family or loved ones.  Once the client returns home, Aftercare Decoded will meet with the loved ones and the client and hold a support meeting about the transition.

Step 3: Our team of skilled sober support is here to help you through this important time in your life. please feel free to pick someone you can relate to and start building a path to your future. Sober supports and not therapists but trained support who have been where you are and have found a way out.

Paul Lawler

Founder & CEO

Paul brings over 8+ years of experience helping those with substance abuse and mental health conditions through all facets of the recovery process. Working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. His notable contribution has led him to be featured on A&E and HBO.

As a recovering alcoholic himself, Paul is often called upon by both concerned family members and individuals seeking help.  In this role, Paul serves as an interventionist, beginning one’s path to recovery. These interventions lead to solutions dependent on the individual's needs. They span all the way from immediate placement into treatment facilities (and all that entails) and providing the right medical care and support team.  Paul’s immediate response often leads to the individual avoiding police presence and the possibility of being baker-acted.
